Patina Salon is a hair salon at 27 West Central, Delaware, Ohio 43015. This website, bookpatina.com, exists to help you learn about our artists and get in touch. This policy explains what information the site collects and what we do with it.

What we collect

If you use the contact form on our Contact page, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, your email address, an optional stylist preference, and your message. That's it — the site has no accounts, no newsletter list, and no tracking pixels.

How we use it

Contact form submissions go to our team so the right artist can answer your question. We use your email address to reply to you. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not add you to any marketing list.

How we share your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your message is stored in the customer-relationship system our studio uses to manage inquiries, and it is only visible to the Patina team. We never share your contact information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Booking

Appointments at Patina are booked directly with each artist through GlossGenius, an independent booking service. When you book, the information you provide there is handled under GlossGenius's own privacy policy.

Cookies & embeds

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores one small flag in your browser's session storage so our opening animation only plays once per visit. The map on our Contact page is embedded from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.

Keeping your information safe

Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and are protected by anti-spam and abuse controls. We keep inquiries only as long as we need them to help you.

If you'd like us to delete a message you sent us, or you have any question about this policy, email hello@bookpatina.com and we'll take care of it.
